Will Rahim is the Chief Customer Officer of Immuta
Will brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling world class organizations focused on delighting customers throughout the business lifecycle. As Chief Customer Officer, Will oversees all functions focused on driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, adoption and experience. He does this with a laser focus on the customer, leveraging customer feedback to drive successful experiences and outcomes. Prior to Immuta, Will served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Delphix where the organization achieved world class results by focusing on customer value and adoption. Prior to joining Delphix, Will served as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at CDNetworks where he led the US Sales, Global Customer Success, Customer Support and Solution Engineering organizations.
Will has also held senior leadership positions at Oracle and Sun Microsystems. Will holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from San Jose State University.
