By entering Immuta’s giveaway you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are registered attendees of Databricks Data + AI Summit 2026.
- Employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, exhibitors, media representatives, and immediate family members of Immuta are not eligible to win.
Prize & Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will receive a pair of Apple AirPods Max 2.
- The prize drawing will take place at 12:00 PM PT on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the Immuta booth (#303).
- The selected winner must be present at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. If the selected winner is not present, Immuta reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
How to Enter
- Visit the Immuta booth and participate in a demo with a member of the Immuta team to receive a raffle ticket.
- Earn additional raffle tickets by visiting the Immuta Lounge and participating in eligible activities.
- To be entered into the drawing, all raffle tickets must be deposited into the designated raffle box located in the Immuta Lounge before the drawing begins.
- Only raffle tickets deposited in the raffle box prior to the drawing will be eligible for winner selection.
General Terms
Immuta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time and for any reason.
Immuta’s decisions regarding all aspects of the giveaway, including winner selection and eligibility determinations, are final and binding.
Immuta assumes no responsibility for any damages, losses, injuries, costs, expenses, or taxes associated with participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Any issues related to the prize must be addressed directly with the prize manufacturer or provider.
