Software Is Eating the Law

Technology is pushing the law into new and uncharted territories. From the regulatory implications of machine learning to new data privacy and security concerns, regulators have a lot of catching up to do.

What is new, however, is that these issues are starting to get the attention they deserve. And I’m happy to be writing about them for the Financial Times.
